6. Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

3.1 Required Information for Counter-Notification

Your counter-notification must include:

1. Physical or Electronic Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
3. Good Faith Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
4. Contact Information: Your name, address, and telephone number.
5. Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found).
6. Acceptance of Service: A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement.

3.2 Processing Counter-Notifications

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will:

• Forward the counter-notification to the original complaining party
• Inform the complaining party that we will restore the removed content within 10-14 business days
• Restore the removed content unless the copyright owner files a court action against you

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the website or software and/or terminate the access of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

5. Misrepresentation Warning

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

Before submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notification, please ensure that you have considered fair use doctrines, as fair use of copyrighted material does not constitute infringement.

6. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website or software following any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified policy.

7. Third-Party Content

Please note that Monke Mod Manager provides access to mods created by third-party developers. If you believe a third-party mod infringes your copyright, please follow the procedures outlined above. We will work to address valid claims in a timely manner.
